- ERTS is a training center offering both National Safety Council and American Safety and Health Courses. All courses have an expiration date of two (2) years from the date of completion.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automatic External Defibrillators (AED)
- Adult only (2-hour course)
- Infant & Child (3-hour course)
- Adult, Infant & Child (3.5 hour course)
First Aid Course
- Basic/Standard First Aid (2.5 to 3-hour course). This course is designed for victims over the age of 8 years old.
- Pediatric First Aid (2.5 to 3-hour course). This course is designed for victims who are children under 8 years old.
- Wilderness First Aid (16-hour course). This course is designed to require wilderness first aid knowledge and skills.
Basic Life Support (also known as Healthcare Provider or CPR for the Professional Rescuer)
- 5-6 hours. This course is designed for personnel who work in the healthcare field.
Child and Baby Sitting Course (this is a 1.5-day course)
- This course is designed for children who are going to provide babysitting care to younger children.
- Day one, CPR (3.5 hours)
- Day two, First Aid, Child Safety (6 hours)
Bloodborne Pathogens
- 1.5-hour course. This course is designed for individuals who have been identified as providing tasks or procedures that increase the risk of exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
Instructor Development Course (Instructor Trainer)
- ASHI, Online 2-3 hours, 5-6 hours face-to-face
- NSC, 2-day course, approximately 12 to 16 hours
- Students must hold a current instructor certification card in the courses that they plan to teach.
ASHI Advanced Cardiac Life Support (New student class)
